Technical Data

A. Panel Units

Thickness: 30 mm
Width: 1,200 mm
Height: 2,400 mm

Panels are perfect "sandwich" construction with high-quality fiber-cglass in-core for sound abatement. Veneered plywood 6 mm thick are cold-pressed on 19 mm thick plyboard frames. Surface finish may be either varnished, painted or laminated with PVC film sheets.

Filler panels of columns, walls or jambs shall have the same construction.

Header panels for height exceeding 2,400 mm shall, likewise, have the same construction.

Posts

Made of rigid extruded aluminum alloy, heavy-duty anodized, 50 mm x 50 mm hollow square post for 2-, 3- or 4-way arrangement of any panel intersection.

34 mm x 50 mm hollow rectangular post for straight arrangement of panels.

B. Door Units

Thickness: 37 mm
Width: 900 mm
Height: 2,133 mm

Perfect "sandwich" construction with high-density fiber-glass in-core for sound abatement. Veneered plywood 6 mm thick are cold-pressed on 25 mm thick solid hardwood frames. Surface finish may be either varnished, painted or laminated with PVC film sheets. Glass and/or louver inserts are also available.

Jambs
Made of rigid extruded aluminum alloy, heavy-duty anodized, 34 mm x 50 mm hollow rectangular post.

Hinges
A pair of series hinges made of rigid extruded aluminum alloy, heavy-duty anodized.

Door Bumpers
Made of extruded aluminum alloy, heavy-duty anodized with vinyl shock absorbent material inserts as stoppers.

C. Top Channels

Base Channel: 26 mm x 35 mm
Sealing Channel: 30 mm x 37 mm x width of panel

Both channels are rigid extruded aluminum alloy, heavy-duty anodized, coupled to each other to take up any normal ceiling deflection and seal-off any gap. The U-shaped base channel is fastened to the ceiling to maintain straightness of the partition and holds the top part of the post in place for added rigidity. The sealing channel is specially grooved to accept either wood or glass panels.

D. Bottom Channels

Base Channel: 26 mm x 35 mm x width of panel
Baseboard: 30 mm x 87 mm x width of panel

Both channels are rigid extruded aluminum alloy, heavy-duty anodized, coupled to each other to seal off any gap due to uneven finished flooring. The baseboard is likewise specially grooved to accept either wood or glass panels.

A base jack is provided inside the baseboard for vertical adjustment of the panel.

E. Aluminum Frames

Horizontal: 25 mm x 30 mm x width of panel

H-shaped rigid extruded aluminum alloy, heavy-duty anodized. Is used for the wooden header panel of glass header panel for partitions exceeding 2,400 mm high. This frame eliminates the traditional V-cuts or splice lines of high panels. Also used for half-glass panelling.

Vertical: 11 mm x 30 mm x height of glass

Used as vertical profile of glass panelling.

F. Glass

5.5 mm (7/32") thick glass is standard and may be supplied at customer's option. Vinyl gasket to facilitate glazing or releasing is used for fixing glass.

May be used as full panels, half-glass panels, header panels or for cashier's counter.
